Orders

Orders can be made via text, phone, email or through our online account system at medifoodsnelson.co.nz 

First delivery run order cut-off time - Monday to Saturday: 5am

Second delivery run order cut-off time - Monday to Friday: 7:30am - Nelson/Richmond only

Minimum orders

We have no minimum order for wholesale orders.

Delivery

We deliver to the wider Nelson Tasman region 6 days a week.

We deliver to Takaka / Golden Bay and St Arnaud once a week at the discretion of MFW.

We will make all reasonable efforts to meet any date for delivery agreed upon with the customer, however will otherwise endeavour to deliver the goods within a reasonable time.

Returns or Claims

All claims for damage or adjustment for incorrect delivery must be advised to us within seven days of receipt of goods and must be supported by the invoice number. If no complaint is received within these seven days, then we assume the customer has accepted that the goods were correctly delivered and charged.

Payment 

We send invoices daily, and upon request.

Payments must be made in full by the 20th of the following month.

GST

GST is not included in the price and will be invoiced additionally to the agreed price.

Online Account

We have an online account system for orders and pricing via medifoodsnelson.co.nz. By receiving an account login (by filling out an account application form) you accept that the login ID and password provided to you are for your individual use only. These details are not to be communicated to any third party.

Accuracy of information 

Though all care is taken to ensure information presented on our website, collateral and associated documents is up to date and accurate, errors may occur (for example with; pricing, product descriptions, imagery, stock levels and availability dates). We accept no liability for such occurrences though will ensure a reasonable solution is met wherever possible.
